The location is super! It's about 10 minutes' walk to Roma Termini train station. 2 minutes to the Repubblica metro station. About 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain (longer on the return way, because the road is uphill), 20 minutes to the Spanish Steps, 15 minutes to Colloseum. There are good restaurants and pizzerias nearby, gelaterias. There is a Chinese restaurant at the hotel (I didn't visit it). The rooms are modest, but clean and cozy. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Good air conditioning (without the ability to adjust the temperature). Bottle of Water is not provided. The breakfasts are good: boiled eggs, cheese, ham, tomatoes, fresh fruit and a variety of Italian pastries are always available. Good coffee. You can also ask to fill your bottle with cold water. The audibility is high. Every sneeze in the hallway can be heard in the room, and noise from the street can also be heard through the windows (it didn't bother me when I was sleeping), and I didn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. Very nice and caring staff: both at the reception (they warned me that it's better not to walk alone on the street after sunset, and told me about the transport links in the city), and at breakfast. I can surely recommend the hotel for a short stay.

I love how near it is to the Rome Termini (9mins walk). Fernando is very accomodating, and a sweet guy. He have this sense of humor which makes our stay memorable. He inform everything we need to know about Rome. From transporation to how we get to the tourist place. And he is even willing to help when we in trouble🥰. We came early than the check-in time but we are allowed to leaved our baggage/things in the hotel which is nice. The bedroom and the bathroom are spacious. The breakfast was decent/ok for the price. It has many restaurants around the area. And just walkable to some tourist attractions like the Colleseum, the McGregor Basilica. It's just too bad we was there just for a night stay. But for sure i will be back there if given the chance again to visit Rome and i recommend this hotel to you when you are reading this. ❤️ I can't forget my Fernando guy❤️

I recently stayed at a hotel near the main train station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The room had everything I needed and looked exactly like the photos online. The staff was very helpful and multilingual, speaking several languages besides Italian. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including cold cuts, pastries, croissants, juices, coffee, and fruit, ensuring there was something for everyone. On the day of my departure, they kindly stored my luggage for free since my flight was late in the evening, allowing me to enjoy the last day in Rome without any worries. If I return to Rome, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Located in an old building, very close to the Termini railway station. Many attractions are close to the hotel, there is a good selection of restaurants, coctail bar etc. nearby. The staff, especially Fernando is a national treasure of Italy, very helpful and nice people. The room was nice and clean, a bit on the smaller side, but it was enough for us as we mostly roamed the streets of Rome. They cleaned the room every day and changed sheets and towels regularly. On our last day, we could use the baggage closet for free, so we could wander around a city until our flight. Overall, probably the best place we could go.

We are very satisfied with the hotel, in a very good location, close to the center and Termini station but in a very nice street, safe and beautiful, with wonderful places for breakfast, cafes and restaurants. We were lucky to meet the receptionist Ferdinando:) Аn amazing Roman man cheerful, happy and positive person who filled our souls and made the impressions of our trip even more wonderful!!! Surely in the future, if we travel to Rome, we will look for this hotel again.
